You know how you sometimes have that ‘Eureka’ moment and it happens at these most awkward times, like for Archimedes it was when he was in the bathtub. For me, well I do get a lot of my best ideas when I am in the shower, but this particular styling idea came to me when I was at work. I was busy staring at the screen of the computer and trying to make sense of… well something… when it suddenly it struck me- I had a pair of palazzo pants that would look amazing with this new kurti that I had bought from Priniva.

I am slowly becoming a fan of their work. Their finish needs a bit more finesse, but they clearly have the talent and the potential to grow a lot. Kudos to them.

Do you know how hard it is to pair tops with palazzos when you don’t have a sexy flat midriff?? Sheesh!! I have been trying to do an Avatar post with these palazzos for a while and well I think I have finally succeeded in pairing it with something besides a tee shirt.

This pink and purple kurti has really pretty lace sleeves and silver thread work. It is simply perfect for the festive and wedding season! Bright colours, intricate patterns and a high collar make a killer combination for any occasion.
Luckily for me, the palazzos matched it perfectly and I was good to go (in all honesty my purple leggings did not match it as well as the palazzos.)
For the rest of the ensemble I kept it simple. I wore white metal jhumkas and metal bangles.
A sort of smokey eye look and pink lips completed the look. `

This outfit is really a mish mash of stuff with the dupatta being robbed from some other salwar set to match the kurti and palazzos. I like how it turned out and I am thinking of investing in a few more palazzos of basic colours.
Let me know what you guys think about this in the comments section below.
